Applicants must be a Malaysian Citizen with Sarawak Connection (either parent).
First Degree students pursuing studies at public institutions of higher learning (IPTA) and selected private institutions of higher learning (IPTS) in the country with CGPA of 3.00 and above. (Full Time Course)
Research-based post graduates studies (Masters, PhD & Specialists) in specialized fields at local and foreign universities. (Full Time Course)

Round-trip flight tickets (once a year within the country and once throughout the course for overseas).

Parents / guardians have a per capita income of RM1,500.00 and below.
Entry level to Certificate / Matriculation / Foundations / Pre-Diploma / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree at Public Higher Education Institution, Matriculation College organized.
